Colton's background is in utility resource planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and regulatory policy, having led resource investment decisions totaling over $5Billion. He also brings extensive RTO experience, having provided stakeholder leadership on resource adequacy during a period of transformative change.

Courtney Kennedy
Courtney brings expertise in energy delivery infrastructure procurement, utility scale renewables sourcing and development, and utility operations analysis. She has over a decade of electric utility experience and is also the President and CEO of Power Delivery Services, Inc, which has reliably served its customers across the Great Plains region for over 30years.
